ALL OF US OR NONE

BAKERSFIELD, CA

OUR MISSION

All of Us or None is a grassroots civil and human rights organization fighting for the rights of current, and formerly, incarcerated people and their families. We aim to fight against the discrimination that people face everyday because of an arrest or criminal history. The goal of All of Us or None is to strengthen the voices of people most affected by mass incarceration and the growth of the prison-industrial complex. Through grassroots organizing, and visits to the state capital to fight for equity and change amongst underserved and underrepresented communities of minorities, we are building a powerful political movement to win the full restoration of human and civil rights previously taken.

Resources

Our Ban the Box campaign calls for removing the question and check box, “Have you been convicted by a court?” from applications for employment, housing, public benefits, insurance, loans, and other services. These questions mean lifelong discrimination and exclusion because of a past arrest or conviction record.
